The job profile As Director Financial Control, you will play a key role in building the scalable financial backbone required for TSC Life's next phase of international growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead an international Financial Control team of six professionals and take ownership of the quality, reliability and compliance of Finance across the group. The foundation is in place, while the continued growth and increasing international complexity create significant opportunities to further professionalize the function. You will strengthen controls, standardize ways of working and improve processes across countries and legal entities. Combining leadership with strong financial expertise, you will build a future-proof Financial Control function that supports both day-to-day performance and TSC Life's broader strategic ambitions.
