Functieomschrijving: What will you do as a production worker? • Cleaning plastic IBC containers using a high-pressure cleaner. • Checking the containers for quality and possible damage. • Ensuring a tidy and safe workplace. • Collaborating with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly. • Interested in career growth? You can move up to final inspection or transfer to another department! You'll work in a 2-shift system: • Morning shift: 05:00 – 14:00 • Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 22:00 Good to know: in the late shift you always have Friday off! Functievereisten: Who are you? • You are not afraid of physically demanding work. • You work accurately and with attention to detail. • You enjoy working in shifts. • Experience in production or as a production worker is a plus, but not required. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: What do you get in return? • A challenging position as a Production Worker in a 2-shift system. • Every other week Friday off! • A gross monthly salary up to €3,200 including shift allowance. • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer. • ADV allowance between €0.70 and €0.90 per hour. • The option for weekly or 4-weekly payments. • Pension plan via StiPP.
