As a Books Quality Check Employee, you inspect books and other products before they are shipped. You carefully examine the final product for errors, damage, and quality issues. You work accurately and stay focused, even when the work is repetitive or production volumes are high. You know when a product meets the quality standards and are confident in making decisions. If you notice a defect or deviation, you make sure the product is rejected before it reaches the customer. Thanks to your attention to detail, customers only receive high-quality products. The offer What can you expect in return? - A starting salary of €15,42 gross per hour without experience; - A salary of €16,13 gross per hour with relevant experience; - Shift bonuses for 30% between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; - A shift bonus of 55% between 8:00 PM and midnight; - A complete onboarding period through a buddy system; - A professional and international production environment.
