Here, large cheese blocks are prepared for the next stage of production. Your tasks include: - placing 15 kg cheese blocks at your workstation; - using a machine to remove the outer layer of the cheese; - checking that the cheese is processed correctly; - moving processed cheese with an electric pallet truck; - keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised; - working with your team to achieve the daily production targets. Do you not yet have experience with an EPT? That is not a problem. You can learn this on the job and may have the opportunity to obtain your EPT certificate. Wat we je bieden Your work as a production worker is rewarded with: - a base salary of €17.31 gross per hour; - a 30% allowance between 18:00 and 22:00; - a 40% allowance between 22:00 and 07:00; - a performance bonus of up to €2.00 gross per hour; - a full-time job in a stable 3-shift schedule; - free weekends; - 8% holiday pay; - 20 vacation days and 4 additional days in a flex budget; - travel allowance from 10 km; - the prospect of a permanent contract; - on-the-job training and the opportunity to obtain an EPT certificate; - personal support from Start People at the production location.
