Wat je gaat doen As a production employee at IFF in Tilburg, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You’ll work in a structured environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. This position offers you the opportunity to grow into an operator role, supported by training and development programs. You’ll be working in a 3-shift schedule, contributing to the creation of innovative flavors and fragrances that enhance everyday products. What You Will Do: - Weigh and collect: raw materials according to clear recipes to ensure accurate production. - Prepare and mix: ingredients to support the production process efficiently. - Perform: quality checks to maintain high standards in our products. - Support: the production process by adhering to safety and quality guidelines. - Work: in a rotating 3-shift schedule to ensure continuous production flow.
