Wat je gaat doen For the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (both powders and liquids) that form the basis of IFF’s high-quality products. Your responsibilities- Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station; - Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch); - Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing; - Operating and monitoring equipment; - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace; - Following all safety and quality regulations; - Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process. Functie-eisen - Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2) - Experience as a production employee or operator with a minimum of 3 years - Accurate and detail-oriented, with no objection t
