You'll join the Merchant Experience team within our Intelligence domain, where data, automations and agents come together to help merchants work smarter with less effort. As a Senior Product Designer, you take ownership of complex product areas from start to finish, turning unclear problems into experiences merchants can rely on every day. Together with Product, Engineering and other designers, you'll raise the bar for quality and influence decisions well beyond your own team. The work you ship here shapes how merchants across Europe experience intelligence-driven shipping. The Role - As the Senior Product Designer for Merchant Experience, you own intelligence-driven product areas end to end, from shaping the problem to delivering a polished solution. - You design features where complex data, automations and agents need to feel simple, predictable and clear to merchants. - You connect your work to the wider Sendcloud platform through close collaboration with Product, Engineering and other designers. - You define problems clearly, manage dependencies across teams, and make trade-offs that keep the work moving without cutting corners. - You look beyond your own scope, contributing to the design system and helping the team...
