You will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders, you will deliver robust engineering solutions that optimize productivity, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Project Execution - Serve as the technical lead for assigned OPEX and CAPEX projects. - Act as the primary technical contact between internal stakeholders and equipment suppliers. - Translate user and process requirements into technical specifications and equipment designs. - Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time while managing technical risks and deliverables. Engineering & Equipment Design - Develop engineering documentation, including URS, FDS, HDS, and Design Reviews. - Lead equipment characterization studies and evaluate process performance through structured testing. - Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and qualification activities. - Oversee equipment installation and ensure systems meet performance and compliance requirements.
