Sint-Oedenrode Full-time €4,200-€5,800 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek In this versatile role, you'll combine your knowledge of crop production with operational management. Together with the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly at our location in Sint-Oedenrode. You will work closely with colleagues at Genson Plants and play a key role in organizing, supervising, and improving day-to-day operations. Serve as the point of contact on-site Organizing and planning work, labor, and resources Coordinating agricultural work across multiple fields Monitoring quality, progress, and continuity Actively participating in and supporting crop production Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and the organization Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate people An interest in cultivation techniques and production processes Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach You can adapt quickly and stay on top of things during busy periods A hands-on approach and a team player What do we offer you?
