You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). What you will do: - Drive digital innovation within ADS by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes. - Partner closely with scientists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful digital solutions. - Define digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high-level functional requirements. - Lead cross-functional agile teams including subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, designers, and IT partners. - Manage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment. - Monitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities that strengthen R&D...
