We are a US-based company seeking medically trained staff based in the Philippines.
As a Dental Healthcare Virtual Assistant® (DHVA), you will work directly with our clients -- Dentists and dental professionals with different specialties based in the USA.
We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of in-room documentation. A DHVA can also help with back-office and administrative tasks.

You will have the following responsibilities:
Back-office Tasks Front Desk Tasks Patient Scheduling Appointment Confirmations Dental Transcription Virtual Scribing/Dental Charting Chart Management Dental Lab Order Management Prescription Refills Dental Records Management Check Insurance Eligibility/Insurance Verifications Pre-Determinations Referrals Medical Billing Claim Rejection Appeals Requirements
You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:
You are a graduate of any dental health profession, and/orYou have experience with U.S. dental insurancesYou can speak and write well in EnglishYou are proficient with dental terminologies and practicesYou can connect with a variety of people and build rapportYou have good attention to detail especially in written reportsYou are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn.Internet speed must be at least 10mbps download and at least 3mbps upload.Have reliable computer hardware and software (will be verified by our tech team)Have a webcam and headsetAble to work at night i.e 11pm-8am (8am - 5pm Arizona time)RNs with dental office work experience are encouraged to applyCandidates with dental insurance verification experience are encouraged to apply
