Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
This position is set in a spa setting and will require you to be mindful of maintaining a quiet relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
We use Davines and Amika Professional Hair products, experience with these lines are an asset however training can be provided for the ideal candidate.
Duties:
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice
- Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and educate clients on appropriate home care routines
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, handling payments, and greeting clients
- Sanitize work areas and tools to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage in retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products
Skills:
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
