About Us:
Levia Wellness Spa is a serene and welcoming space located in the heart of Osoyoos, BC. We provide a variety of premium wellness services, including hair, nail, makeup, skin care treatments and float therapy using high-quality, organic products. Our mission is to help our clients feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and beautiful. We?re looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our team and help ensure our spa continues to offer a smooth, enjoyable experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Greet clients warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome * Answer phone calls, emails, and manage appointment bookings * Process payments and assist clients with retail product purchases * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area * Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering products * Support the team with general administrative tasks * Keep up to date with spa services, products, and promotions * General errands * To assist and monitor cleanliness of treatment rooms, hallways and staff room * To problem solve solutions on day to day problems that come up * To report any malfunctioning equipment, shortage of product, instruments and supplies * Make up monthly features posters using canva and constant contact programs * To provide a strong team spirit and positive morale * Daily float pod checklist and host float therapy sessions * Train any new team members on front end reception
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as computer skills * Previous experience in a reception or front desk role (experience in the spa/wellness industry is a plus) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable using booking software and handling payments * Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Must be available Tuesday through Saturday * Must work well as a team and independently on their own as well as take direction from the spa owner
