Responsibilities:

? Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

? Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies.

? Deliver a professional, positive, and people-focused candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

? Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HR data within the HR information system and employee records, including hires, transfers, departures, and organizational charts.

? Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities, including contracts, letters, onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, visas, and compliance documentation.

? Prepare HR metrics and reports for the leadership team.

? Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and systems.

? Act as a backup resource for payroll processing to ensure business continuity during absences and peak periods.

? Develop a solid understanding of payroll cycles, required data, and regulatory requirements.

? Support the accuracy of payroll-related data, including attendance, absences, bonuses, and deductions.

What you need to succeed:

Required qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

? 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a similar role.

? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

? High attention to detail, particularly in relation to payroll backup responsibilities.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees at all levels.

? Proactive mindset, collaborative attitude, and willingness to contribute across all HR functions.

? Strong sense of confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

? Ability to communicate in both French and English as required for the responsibilities of the role.
