About this role
Responsible for supervision of the woodshop operation and implementation of participant programs in the woodshop. The position is responsible for meeting production requirements and maintaining buildings, grounds and equipment within the workshop. Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities, programs and services supporting and teaching skills to individuals with a disability. Identify and initiate task related instruction for participants and staff.Participate in marketing strategy, pricing and ordering supplies.Ensure proper production, inventory and maintenance records are kept.Self motivated and creative with a genuine desire to work with individuals with a disability.
