About this role
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team. In this carpenter role, you will work independently or in a team to construct high-quality residential homes in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You are responsible for following site drawings to complete back-framing, door/window preparation, installation, finishing carpentry and general construction tasks. Some forming and framing may also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Frame-to-finish carpentry according to project requirements
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Conduct general site work as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Valid driver's license & vehicle are required
Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years carpentry experience, with a minimum 2nd-Year apprenticeship
- Has worked in Residential renovation or new construction
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- General understanding of the subtrades and coordination through all phases of the project
