The Opportunity
Custom Contracting is looking for a *driven, competitive Inside Sales Representative* who wants to be rewarded directly for their results.
This is a *commission-based sales position* designed for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by earning potential, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
We generate leads through our marketing efforts, and your job is to turn those opportunities into revenue.
You'll speak with homeowners who have expressed interest in our services, follow up with new and existing leads, re-engage previous customers, book qualified appointments, and help move opportunities through the sales process.

What You'll Be DoingWork New Leads
* Contact new inbound leads quickly by phone, text, and email. * Speak with homeowners to understand what they're looking for. * Qualify opportunities and identify customer needs. * Build trust and explain the value of Custom Contracting's products and services. * Handle objections and move customers toward the next step. * Book qualified appointments for our sales team. * Follow up aggressively and professionally with leads who aren't ready to move forward immediately.
Build Your Own Pipeline
This isn't a role where you make one call and move on.
You'll be expected to manage opportunities from initial contact through follow-up and conversion.
That includes:
* Following up with unsold leads. * Re-engaging older leads. * Contacting previous customers. * Following up on estimates and outstanding opportunities. * Identifying opportunities for additional products and services. * Keeping your pipeline organized and consistently working toward your next sale.
Support the Sales Process
You'll work closely with our field sales team to help maximize every opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
* Booking and confirming appointments. * Providing sales reps with accurate customer information. * Following up after appointments. * Re-engaging customers who haven't made a decision. * Helping move outstanding opportunities toward a sale. * Keeping accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
* *Highly motivated by commission and earning potential.* * Confident speaking with customers on the phone. * Comfortable making outbound calls every day. * Persistent without being pushy. * Competitive and goal-oriented. * Comfortable handling objections and rejection. * Organized with strong follow-up habits. * Capable of managing a large pipeline of opportunities. * Comfortable using CRM and sales technology. * Accountable for their own performance. * Interested in developing their sales skills and increasing their income.
Previous experience in *inside sales, home improvement sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, automotive sales, real estate, insurance, roofing, windows, HVAC, or other commission-driven sales environments* is an asset.
Compensation
*This is a commission-based sales position.*
Your income is directly connected to your performance.
There is *no fixed earning ceiling* ? strong performers have the opportunity to increase their income by generating more appointments, opportunities, and sales.
The compensation structure will be explained clearly during the interview process so you understand exactly how commissions are earned and paid.
