*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping management overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and leading a team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
*Duties * - Closing the store and or Opening the store based on store needs.
- Social media posting - Direct and motivate a team of retail staff - Help Management Train, develop, and coach employees on sales techniques and product knowledge - Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions - Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment - Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions
*Skills* - Sales management experience - Strong interviewing skills - Training development capabilities - Proficiency in POS systems - Knowledge of store management practices - Previous experience in retail management preferred - Ability to drive sales and meet targets - Cash handling proficiency - Bilingual skills a plus - Effective team management abilities
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
