POSITION: Nurse Midwife & Nurse Practitioner, APRN, CNP, CNM DEPARTMENT: Clinic HOURS: Full-time/Exempt
ANNUAL SALARY: $133,099.20 - $171,121.60
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Certified Nurse Mid-wife functions as a primary healthcare provider for women and most often provides medical care for relatively healthy women, whose births are considered uncomplicated and not "high risk," as well as their neonates, including ante-partum, intra-partum, postpartum and nonsurgical gynecological care. (In hospital deliveries)
Nurse Practitioner will provide ambulatory primary care for out-patients with chronic medical conditions as well as acute episodic illness. Clinical activities include but are not limited to physical examination, health and psychological history-taking, clinical evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, development and implementation of treatment plans, and patient education (as described in Practice Agreement).
EDUCATION/TRAINING: Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing. Current unrestricted MN License. Current registration certificate of DEA. American Midwifery Board Certification, American Nurses Credentialing Center Certification. SKILL(S):
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate technology skills
EXPERIENCE: Family Nurse Practitioner and Midwifery experience preferred
