Assistant to Director, Alumni Affairs Office (26270132)
Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support and assistance to the Head of Office; • Handle office administration; • Assist in recruitment and HR matters; • Management of an effective filing system; • Assist in functions/events of the Office; and • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• A recognised degree with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in areas of secretarial support and office administration; • A good command of English and Chinese; • Possess strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented attitude; • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure; • Literacy in computing applications is a must; and • Experience in higher education is an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
