Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in technical leadership.Expertise in software architecture and design.Strong project management skills.Experience with agile methodologies.A passion for innovation and problem-solving.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Substantial experience as a hands-on Java engineer.Ability to advocate Java/coding principles, practices and philosophy.Ability to communicate design verbally and in written form.Ability to work with senior stakeholders and detailed technical specialists.Beneficial to have worked within government or the public sector previously. Responsibilities: Work across the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and design through to coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.Liaise with management and stakeholders on client requirements and understand team objectives.Champion and contribute towards engineering best practices across our team and projects.Identify and create ideas for technical solutions.Provide feedback to project teams on progress and outcomes.Advise developers on technical decisions.Work on a variety of projects and challenges as a consultant with us.
