Salary: £40,000 - 49,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on experience designing, building and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Web Services and APIs.Proven ability to develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot integrations across Workday, SaaS applications and local enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.Solid understanding of HR, Payroll and people data processes, with knowledge of data governance, security controls, compliance requirements and integration best practices.Proficiency in XML, JSON and XSLT, with experience interpreting technical specifications, working with vendor integrations and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including integration monitoring, root cause analysis, defect resolution and driving long-term system stability improvements.Strong communication skills, with experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with global stakeholders and producing clear technical documentation, data mappings and integration designs.Even if you only match some of the skills, wed love to hear from you to discuss further!
