Requirements: Experience and knowledge of iSeries (AS400) is essentialERP functional expertise in at least one major domain such as Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA), Distribution/Procurement, Sales/Inventory, or Manufacturing/Shop Floor/CostingAbility to troubleshoot cross-module impactsPrevious experience working with BAU support teamsiSeries programming and functionality experience across multiple versions of RPG programming languageHands-on experience with JDE functional configuration, data validation, test planning, and defect managementComfort with reporting tools such as JDE Fastr and WorldWriter, reconciliations, and data quality controlsExperience working in complex and international teams Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders, end users, SMEs, and internal and external teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional ERP requirementsLead incident, problem, and service management, including triage, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, and timely resolutionPerform ERP configuration, master data maintenance, interface monitoring, and support change, release, and environment management while maintaining strong data quality and governanceDrive process optimisation and continuous improvement by mapping current processes, designing future-state solutions, supporting deployments, and developing automation, reports, and KPIsEnsure compliance with IT controls, security, and audit requirementsProvide user support, training, and documentation while promoting best practices across ERP platforms Technologies: ERPSupportSecurityPLC More:
