Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Background in IT, networking, infrastructure support, technical operations or a similar environmentComfortable working within a 24/7 rotation-based shift patternLinux systems administration experienceExperience using ITSM or ticket management systemsFull UK driving licence Responsibilities: Monitor network, server, power and environmental systems within a 24x7 operations environmentRespond to alerts, perform troubleshooting and incident triageManage tickets through to resolution with accurate documentationCoordinate escalations with engineering teams, field service providers and vendorsWork a rotating shift pattern covering days, nights and scheduled rest daysWork site-based in Avonmouth Technologies: SupportITSMLinuxNetworkRESTIncident Management More:
