Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Strong commercial experience providing Salesforce administration and support.Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including objects, fields, flows, and permissions.Experience with OmniStudio / OmniScript configuration.Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.Must be free to work in the UK. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and technical support to a portfolio of customers.Investigate, analyse, and resolve Salesforce support issues within agreed SLAs.Manage support requests from initial investigation through to implementation and resolution.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, permissions, and other platform functionality.Deliver small-scale Salesforce development and configuration requests.
