Requirements: Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Kotlin Developer.Previous public sector or government experience is essential.Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and cloud-native development.Experience with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.Experience with microservices and REST APIs.Experience with AWS.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
