Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide ERP or business application implementations
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO); knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is desirable
- Experience delivering ERP implementations in engineering, manufacturing, or complex operational environments
- Ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk, and change control
- PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification
- Fluent French speaker
- Able to travel regularly to France
- Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivery
- Hands-on approach and ability to lead from the front
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and cultures
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans tailored to site-specific operational requirements
- Coordinate site-level deployment activities across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance, and Contracts
- Lead cutover planning, including resource planning, deployment runbooks, and cutover checklists
- Drive technical and operational readiness, identifying and resolving key dependencies
- Act as the primary link between central programme teams and local business stakeholders
- Coordinate testing, business scenario validation, and legacy system transition activities
- Manage site-level RAID logs and escalate risks and issues as required
- Support governance activities, including readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, Early Life Support (ELS), and stabilisation planning
- Support user adoption through local communications, training coordination, and knowledge transfer
- Monitor implementation KPIs and deployment performance metrics
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across future deployments

We are recruiting a D365 Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Customer Engagement (CE) across international sites. This 12-month fixed-term role is based in the UK, with Bath as the home office, and involves travel every two weeks to the Gennevilliers area of France. The role is central to programme delivery and site execution, supporting successful go-lives, operational readiness, business adoption, and post-go-live support across the UK and France. We offer a salary of £85,000, a 10% project completion bonus, up to 9% matched pension, and health insurance options.
