Requirements: Degree-level education in an IT-related subjectAttention to detailStrong problem-solving abilityStrong communication and presentation skillsExtensive knowledge of operational systems is desirableExperience in Veolia business activities is desirableProactive and forward-thinking approach is desirable Responsibilities: Work as part of our Product Team within Veolia DB&T alongside the Product Owner to support the DB&T element of all Municipal bidsProduce written documentation for the DB&T element of Municipal bids, including associated costsWork closely with the bid team to ensure information is relevant, accurate, and responsive to each Authoritys requirementsKeep your knowledge and understanding of our Municipal ICT offering up to dateProvide suitable written responses at each stage of the bid lifecycle to strict deadlinesEnsure all responses are relevant, specific, fit for purpose, and aligned with business need and direction of travelPrepare and provide costs for each bid based on resources provided by the bid team and prevailing costsManage workload to ensure all submission deadlines are metAttend relevant dialogue meetings to understand Authority requirements, concerns, and ambitionsEnsure all documentation is saved and accessible to the teamCreate and maintain a library of DB&T information for future reference, including security statementsCreate and maintain a library of diagrams, such as integration options and self-monitoring processesKeep all related DB&T costs up to dateLiaise with other teams as needed to ensure all required items are understood and costed appropriatelyWork with other members of the Municipal team to stay updated on changes to the Municipal offering and pending developmentProvide regular progress and timeline updates to the rest of the teamPrepare and hand over a scope document to the Municipal team when an award is confirmedStay up to date with technology advances that could positively influence the system and roadmapCommunicate enthusiasm and knowledge for products to help the bid team and Authority understand functions and servicesContribute cost-benefit analysis of trial projects and support other team projects as required Technologies: ICTSupportProduct OwnerRESTSecurity More:
