Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner, Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.Experience managing complex multi-instance or multi-client environments.Expertise in platform governance, operating models, and service improvement.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at executive level.Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance within enterprise environments.Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.British nationality and eligibility for SC clearance are required due to the nature of the projects.Desirable: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and CAD.Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.Desirable: Experience within Financial Services, Public Sector, Defence, or other regulated industries.Desirable: Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation programmes. Responsibilities: Own our ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.Drive platform adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, development, support, and service delivery.Manage platform performance, continual improvement, risk, and compliance.Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and investment decisions.Support commercial growth opportunities and client success.Work as the conduit between customers and the teams that support and manage the platform.Ensure the correct process and governance are followed.
