Requirements: We are looking for proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant, or Lead Consultant.We need strong ServiceNow solution design and platform architecture expertise.We want experience across one or more major ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.We require enterprise integration experience using APIs and IntegrationHub.We are looking for strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.We want a track record of delivering complex ServiceNow programmes within large enterprise environments.We require British nationality and eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).Desirable: ServiceNow CTA certification or progress toward CTA.Desirable: ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications.Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.Desirable: experience within regulated, secure, or government environments.Desirable: knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and MID Servers. Responsibilities: We lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.We translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable platform designs.We provide architectural leadership across the full project lifecycle.We design enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and modern integration patterns.We drive governance, standards, and best practice across the platform.We engage with senior business and technical stakeholders.We support technical workshops, solution shaping, and pre-sales activities.
