Salary: £60,000 - 95,000 per year
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on Generative AI / LLM-based systems.Proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of at least one production-grade Generative AI or LLM solution, from design through to live deployment at scale.Background in software engineering with production experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.Educational background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Responsibilities: Shape and deliver transformative AI and Generative AI strategies for global clients.Lead the design, development, and secure deployment of advanced AI pipelines.Manage the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and data acquisition through model development, evaluation, and production.Design and oversee state-of-the-art AI models to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and robust.Work with world-leading clients and contribute to building our AI Centre of Excellence.
