• Mechanically assemble switchgear and switchboard units • Perform wiring, panel assembly, and harness installation • Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams • Use hand tools, specialty tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy • Work in a fast-paced production environment on a conveyor line What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience • 1+ year of electrical assembly or wiring experience preferred • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics • Experience with wiring, crimping, panel assembly, and hand tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic Why Apply?
