HVAC Technician Job SummaryThe HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility HVAC systems, including air handlers, chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and filters. This role supports preventative maintenance programs and ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and support systems. • Perform preventative maintenance on facility HVAC systems. • Complete ductwork, piping, insulation, and mechanical repairs. • Perform brazing, soldering, refrigerant evacuation, and charging. • Follow OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards. Required Qualifications
• EPA License and Refrigerant Certification. • 5+ years of HVAC, mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical systems experience. Preferred Qualifications
• HVAC degree or technical training. • Universal EPA/ARI certification. • Experience with AHUs, HEPA filtration, pumps, compressors, and refrigeration systems. • Knowledge of electrical safety, piping, and mechanical maintenance. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Woodinville, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $79000.00 - $108000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Medical dental invasion is paid at 100%, rotating food trucks subsidized by company, and guaranteed OT. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
