Facilities Maintenance Technician @ Aerotek

Facilities Maintenance Technician📍 Everett, WA💲 Up to $30/hour About the Role We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily portfolio in the Everett area. This role is hands-on and independent—you’ll be traveling between properties, completing apartment turns, handling appliance repairs, and helping keep the community looking its best day to day.This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in high-quality, detailed work. What You’ll Do

• Complete full apartment turns independently from start to finish • Diagnose and repair appliances • Handle daily grounds work, including heavy pressure washing in spring/summer • Maintain cleanliness of common areas (entryways, hallways, etc.) • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks • Respond to work orders using mobile/electronic systems • Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies/inventory • Perform routine inspections to ensure quality and safety • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours needs What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience • Proven ability to complete apartment turns on your own • Strong appliance repair and troubleshooting skills • Comfortable working on grounds and outdoor upkeep • Detail-oriented — you take pride in doing the job right • Self-starter who can work independently but asks questions when needed • Strong customer-focused mindset Additional Details

• Must live within ~20 minutes of Everett for on-call response • Will transition to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule after training • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs and operate basic equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
