Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources function within an industrial environment by assisting with reports, timecards, and related administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate data entry, timely reporting, and effective support to HR leadership, contributing to smooth daily operations in a production and manufacturing setting. Responsibilities • Assist the HR manager with preparing, updating, and distributing HR reports. • Process and review employee timecards to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Perform data entry of HR-related information, including attendance, personnel records, and other relevant documentation. • Maintain organized electronic and physical HR files and records in accordance with company standards. • Support HR activities related to production and manufacturing operations, such as tracking workforce hours and staffing levels. • Use Microsoft Office and other computer systems to compile, format, and present HR data. • Communicate with employees and supervisors to resolve timekeeping or reporting discrepancies. • Collaborate with HR leadership to improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy. • Handle routine HR administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR team as needed. Essential Skills • Demonstrated HR experience in industrial or manufacturing settings. • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a production and manufacturing environment. • Experience handling HR reports, timecards, and related documentation. • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain orderly records. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Prior experience in human resources coordination or administration. • Comfort working with reporting tools and spreadsheets. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with supervisors and employees across different departments. • General computer literacy and experience working in office-based roles. The role operates on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule, working closely with production and manufacturing teams. The environment combines typical office tools and technology with exposure to the rhythms of an active industrial operation, providing a structured, professional workspace focused on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.50 - $37.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
