What You'll Do
ā¢ Assemble and adjust components using hand tools and power tools ā¢ Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies ā¢ Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met ā¢ Package finished products for shipment ā¢ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ā¢ Work with team members to meet daily production goals ā¢ Perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and accuracy What We're Looking For
ā¢ Ability to use hand tools and power tools ā¢ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn ā¢ Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8+ hours per day ā¢ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards ā¢ Strong attention to detail and work ethic ā¢ Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications
