Industrial Painter Valley Center, CA | $20.00 - $25.00/hr | 3-Month Contract Join a Production TeamWe are seeking dependable and motivated Industrial Painters to support manufacturing operations by applying paint and coatings to metal components. This position involves preparing materials, applying paint using rollers and brushes, inspecting finished surfaces, and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.This is a great opportunity for candidates with painting experience who are comfortable performing physical work and using hand tools throughout the day.Schedule
• Monday-Friday • 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities
• Apply paint and coatings to metal components using rollers, brushes, and other hand application methods • Paint rails, handrails, door handles, and other manufactured parts according to specifications • Prepare materials and work areas for painting, including cleaning and masking surfaces • Follow paint mixing and application instructions • Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards are met • Perform touch-up work as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Safely handle paints, coatings, solvents, and related materials • Assist with general production tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications
• 2 years of painting experience in any industry • Experience using hand tools in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment • Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the shift • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Industrial painting experience is a plus Work Environment
