Quality & Performance is a team of four in Commercial Logistics. The Head of Quality & Performance has overall responsibility for terminal contracts. In addition, each of our three product groups has a dedicated Logistics Manager who serves as the main point of contact for logistics-related matters. The department follows up on key targets, including OTD, and ensures that deliveries meet required quality standards. We also monitor market developments and secure logistics solutions that support future business needs. Performance analysis and continuous improvement are key elements of our work. All the while, we expect and want you to have a fun experience during the summer. What you will be doing This role will support the further development of analytical reports and communication tools. Key responsibilities include contributing to the documentation of work instructions, standardizing work processes, and helping improve the way we structure, share, and follow up on logistics performance information. What will make you successful? Master study in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, Business Administration or a related field. Strong IT skills, including Power BI and SharePoint. Analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused approach. Additional Information The position is based in Oslo.
