Job Description Key Responsibilities · Conduct assessments to identify functional and developmental needs · Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient requirements · Deliver occupational therapy sessions · Work with children/adults with developmental delays, sensory issues, or disabilities · Educate caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs · Track and document patient progress · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physio, speech, behavioral therapists) Requirements · Bachelor’s/master's in occupational therapy (BOT/MOT) · 4-5 years of clinical experience · Experience in pediatric or rehabilitation settings preferred · Strong clinical reasoning and patient interaction skills · Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments Work Experience Education Competencies Strategic Agility Customer Centricity Process Excellence Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Collaboration Developing Talent Innovation & Creativity
