For our department Supply Chain Management , we are looking for a Strategic Buyer Logistics (f/m/d) at our location Bremerhaven starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis. Strategic Buyer Logistics & 3PL (f/m/d) Your tasks: We make the difference together As 3PL Buyer, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing logistics and transportation services. You secure reliable logistics capacity, optimize costs and service quality. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for third-party logistics services, including transportation, warehousing and value-added logistics Lead end-to-end procurement activities, from supplier identification and tendering to commercial evaluation, negotiation and supplier selection Negotiate pricing, SLAs and contracts to maximize value, reduce risk and ensure reliable service You manage supplier relationships, monitor 3PL performance through KPIs and business reviews, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Analyse logistics spend, market trends and supplier performance to drive savings and continuous improvement Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Warehousing and Finance to ensure that our third-party logistics partnerships support FRoSTA’s business objectives Your profile: We like what makes you stand out A degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or a related field Several years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics or supply chain Demonstrated experience in procuring transport, warehousing or third-party logistics services, including tenders, negotiations and contract management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement, logistics and financial data Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and countries Fluent English, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, high integrity and the willingness to take ownership in a dynamic environment Your benefits: We support your development The remuneration package matches the position: an attractive salary, bonuses and benefits Team spirit and a passion for interesting and challenging projects, including working in an international and multicultural environment, and with a value- and people-orientated organizational culture Long-term employment perspective with room for internal growth and career development.
