For our department Supply Chain Management at our plant in Bremerhaven, Hamburg or Bydgoszcz we are looking for a Customs Leader (f/m/d) who starts on a permanent basis at the 01.09.2026. Customs Leader (f/m/d) Your tasks: We make the difference together Lead and develop the Customs Team across international framework Define and drive the FRoSTA Group customs strategy, policies and governance framework Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements Ensure harmonized customs processes and compliance standards across all FRoSTA locations Manage customs risks, audits and authorizations Lead customs audits, authorizations and compliance reviews across the FRoSTA Group Provide expert guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation and origin-related matters Support business, logistics and supply chain projects from a customs perspective Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of customs processes Your profile: We like what makes you stand out Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field Several years of experience in customs, trade compliance or international logistics Good knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures and international trade requirements First leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a team Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to work effectively across locations, functions and cultures Fluent English language skills Your benefits: We support your development The remuneration package matches the position: an attractive salary, bonuses and benefits Team spirit and a passion for interesting and challenging projects, including working in an international and multicultural environment, and with a value- and people-orientated organizational culture A key role with responsibility for customs operations across the entire FRoSTA Group Are you looking for a new challenge in a competitive environment?
