Job Summary Would you like to be a strong strategic Facility Management Business Partner to Tetra Pak at our South America area? Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services (IFS), Real Estate/Workplace (WEX/RE) and Site Sustainability (SS). The aim is to provide seamless, safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand. The purpose of this position is to ensure strategic business partnering to deliver One FREM business support to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area. The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with our external strategic facility service partners towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions. This position will be based at our Tetra Pak Office in Monte Mor, Brazil. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions who is based in Sweden but operates globally. You will be travelling up to a maximum of 5-10% of the time across the geographical area of responsibility and occasional Global travel. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas for this position. What you will do Strategic One FREM business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders continuously ensuring value adding solutions. Strengthen the integration of external strategic partners towards business stakeholders supporting the OneFREM strategy and IFS service outcomes. Ensure alignment across the 3 functions in FREM (WEX/RE, Site sustainability & IFS) towards Key Tetra Pak stakeholders ensuring holistic cross functional reporting. Be first point of contact for stakeholders. Secure & mature the collaborative contract model, manage and develop strategic relations ensuring key outcomes and accountability. Responsible for IFS related projects, delivered by external partners within geographical scope. Interfacing with internal stakeholders in the initial scoping and project delivery phases and continuously aligning with FREM global IFS Project portfolio manager. Ensure best in class service excellence deliveries, drive quality and continuous improvement of FREM service outcomes. Drive improved value and costs efficiency of FREM services through demand, sourcing and service management in cooperation with external partners. Manage and deliver on all IFS related cost within South America Area (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru) in line with forecasting & budget. Drive sustainable cost saving initiatives, innovative quality improvements and simplification strategies with external collaborators. We believe you have Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or Master's degree is considered an advantage. 5 to 10 years of broad and solid experience in Facility Management, working in corporate support roles or across multiple countries/businesses globally. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Spanish is a plus. Strong ability to build strategic relationships, both internally and externally, with excellent strategic communication skills in complex organizational structures. Proven leadership and Business Partner experience, preferably within Facility Management, including communication with executive-level stakeholders. Experience in change management with a focus on Facility Management, implementing and managing FM service excellence (transformation experience will be considered an asset). Strong analytical skills and demonstrated financial and business acumen within a Facility Management environment, including OPEX/CAPEX portfolio structures. Agile, flexible, and professional business approach, demonstrating dynamic, productive, and effective performance overall. To be successful in this role, excellence in stakeholder management, external FM partnerships, and communication is essential, with a collaborative and professional approach aligned with Tetra Pak's policies, strategies, and objectives in Facility Management, Real Estate/Workplace, and Sustainability. Ability to act as a change agent in a complex matrix environment, with a structured and pragmatic approach. Strong service and communication orientation, with a customer-focused mindset and strong results orientation.
