Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Process Coordinator to join our team in Denton, Texas. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations across two warehouse facilities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, supporting on-time deliveries, and ensuring all records and transactions are completed accurately. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting a safe and productive warehouse environment. This position reports directly to the Planning & Logistics Manager and is based on-site at our Denton, TX location. Tetra Pak is not considering applicants who require international relocation to the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. . What you will do As a Warehouse Process Coordinator, you will: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and finished goods. Maintain inventory records and support accurate inventory management across warehouse operations. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing within warehouse management systems, including SAP and OTM. Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and audits, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Manage factory waste disposal processes, maintain required documentation, and coordinate waste sales activities. Track and report key warehouse performance metrics, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and warehouse space utilization. Support the implementation and sustainability of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and 5S initiatives. Monitor daily operational performance and assist in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Support labor planning and workload balancing to maximize resource utilization and operational effectiveness. Train and mentor warehouse team members on standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and best practices.
