You know exactly what needs to happen, who needs support and how to keep standards high without losing sight of the people around you.As a Sous Chef (Junior), you're an important support to the Head Chef and kitchen leadership team. You help lead the kitchen team, coach and develop colleagues and take ownership of the operation when the Head Chef is away. You lead by example, stay calm under pressure and understand that consistency, cleanliness and teamwork are just as important as creativity.You love working with seasonal ingredients and bold flavours, and you're constantly looking for ways to improve dishes, processes and the guest experience.
