Good work!Over de functieAs a Junior Orderpicker in Waddinxveen, you play an important role in the logistics process of one of the largest supermarket distribution centers in the region. Your daily tasks focus on collecting orders from the chilled and frozen sections of the warehouse, ensuring products are ready for delivery to stores on time. You use a voice-controlled picking system and electric pallet trucks to move goods efficiently. The warehouse environment is fast-paced, and you’ll be working in cold areas, so suitable clothing is provided. You help maintain a clean and safe workspace and check that orders are complete and accurate before dispatch. - Collect orders from chilled (cooling) and frozen (deep freeze) warehouse areas - Operate pallet trucks and use voice-picking systems to locate products - Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely handling - Maintain cleanliness and safety in your work area - Report any issues with products or equipment to your supervisor You’ll work full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week, in rotating shifts including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Weekend shifts may be required depending on demand.
