Apply directly Contact us Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Manager Financial Crime Compliance Group & DRB Role purpose: Lead and strengthen the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) framework for Group activities and DRB, ensuring effective prevention, detection, and reporting of financial crime risks in line with regulatory and internal requirements. - Oversee FCC governance, policies, and controls across Group and DRB, ensuring consistent implementation and ongoing effectiveness. - Manage financial crime risk assessments (e.g., AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, bribery & corruption), including documentation, remediation, and reporting. - Provide advisory support to business and control functions on customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and escalation decisions. - Lead investigations and issue management for FCC alerts, incidents, and regulatory findings; drive timely corrective actions. - Prepare management information (MI), dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders, committees, and auditors. - Coordinate regulatory engagement, audits, and examinations; ensure evidence, controls testing, and responses meet required standards. - Support training and awareness programs to embed FCC culture and accountability. Required skills and experience - Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, sanctions compliance, and financial crime control frameworks. - Experience in compliance, risk, or FCC within banking/financial services, including governance and stakeholder management. - Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical controls and procedures. - Analyti...
