After one year, you will join the client company directly. Good work! Over de functie As a Production Employee, you work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly. You check products coming from production, process and pack them according to the required quality standards and make sure everything is ready for further processing or transportation. During your shift, you keep a close eye on the production process to make sure everything is running according to plan. You register production data, identify and report any issues and make sure materials are replenished on time. Keeping your workplace clean and safe is also an important part of your job. You will receive paid training and on-the-job guidance to learn the work, machines and safety procedures properly.
