This is what you will do as a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant As a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant at Axelio, you are the link between people, processes, and technology. You are the one who understands, analyzes, and translates our clients' needs into concrete solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You start by listening carefully: what does the client really need, what challenges is their organization facing, and how can we make a difference? You primarily work for clients in the business services and non-profit sectors, two areas where our location in Nootdorp has over ten years of experience. For non-profits, we use our own solution: Social Matters. With this, we help organizations increase their impact with smart, streamlined processes. Our broad expertise in Customer Engagement and knowledge of the Power Platform means you always work with modern technology that truly contributes. Next, you take the lead. You guide the project from start to finish: from clarifying the client's request and designing the solution to implementation and optimization. You stand beside the client, not opposite them.
