You lead and strengthen distributor partnerships while ensuring strong governance and compliant execution across markets. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape markets, build strong partnerships and deliver impact across a diverse and dynamic region. Together with the Country Acceleration Team, you co-develop and drive the commercial strategy for the region. This includes defining the route-to-market approach, leading Joint Business Plans and ensuring strong execution across sales, performance and investment priorities. You work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Healthcare, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial Excellence, aligning strategies and driving results across a complex international environment.
