Main tasks: Task 1: Managing the production team - supervising around 60 employees, ensuring smooth workflow. Task 2: Organizing tulip bouquet production - planning and coordinating daily production tasks efficiently. Task 3: Decision-making in consultation with the manager - taking responsibility for operational choices while aligning with overall management. Task 4: Handling administrative and operational responsibilities related to running the production site.
